BOOKING GUIDE

• Set the date of your arrival, the number of nights and the number of people coming (children under 4 years of age go for free). Then press the 'search' button.
• Find the apartment that suits your needs (among those available at a given date). If you still have problems with deciding which one to choose, there are additional tabs to narrow your search.
  
  • Location. Before you book, have a look at the mini-map
  • Internet: having the internet at home is very useful when you don't know the city.
• Think about transport

  Around the main railway station there are always taxis waiting to take you anywhere you want.

  If you really want to save money, have a look here to check the train times. It takes roughly 20 minutes to get to the main railway station which you can find on the mini map. We recommend taking a taxi though. The prices are between 60 PLN (when you take a taxi directly from the airport) and 90 PLN (if you want to be 100% sure that there'll be somebody waiting for you at the airport, with your name wriitten on a board). If you are coming in a group larger than 4, we recommend booking the transfer directly through our website (that option will be available to you during the booking process)
• a) Press 'book now' and follow the instructions (you may find regulations here). You'll be asked to pay a deposit of 10% of the total amount (of this 10%, 8% goes to goodnights.pl team, 1% to child's care and 1% to save animals). The other 90% shall be payed on arrival to the owner of the apartment, who is quite happy to receive 90% rather than 70% which is what he would get if you were using some other service and not goodnights.pl (well, maybe not entirely happy as he is quite aware of the fact that the state is going to ruin his income by taxes).
  b) The entire booking process is completed online.The moment your money reaches our account, we consider the apartment booked. Therefore, there is no need to fill in any forms, send enquiries etc.
  c) After paying your reservation fee, you will receive an email from goodnights.pl, confirming your booking. Please read it carefully and print it for your records.

• Contact the owner of the apartment to arrange all the necessary details (the exact time of you coming, where to get the keys to the apartment etc.)
