How do I book the apartment?

Goodnights.pl gives you the unique chance to directly contact the apartment owner before you decide which apartment to book.

Are sheets, blankets and towels provided?
Yes, linen and towels are provided.

How much do I pay for the booking?
10% of the total amount. Reservation fee is non-refundable.

When do I pay the remaining 90% of the total amount?
Unless otherwise agreed with the apartment owner, you pay it to the apartment owner on arrival (in cash and polish currency – PLN).

Are there any additional/hidden fees?
Unless you choose some extra services during the booking process, you will not pay a single dollar more.

Are there any 'last minute' discounts?
Yes. Each apartment owner chooses how big the discount may be. You get the discount for the next 5 nights, starting form today (e.g. supposing today is 21.06 – you will get 'last minute' discounts for nights 21/22.06, 22/23.06, 23/24.06, 24/25.06 and 25/26.06). 'Last minute' discount is always included in 'total price' amount.

Do I have to pay a security deposit in each apartment?
Not necessarily. Some owners prefer to take the deposit (just to be on the safe side), which they return upon check-out, after having a look at the apartment to ensure that everything is ok. Whether the security deposit is required or not you may find in the right column of the apartment details.

What time may I check-in?
Check-in time is 14.00 and check-out is at 12.00 of the next day. Still, it's best to arrange the time of your check-in individually with the apartment owner.

Do I pay extra for the final cleaning?
No, final cleaning is always included in the price.

How to get a invoice vat?
As regards bills and invoice VAT, please contact the apartment owner.
